Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item back in its original box with all manuals and accessories included. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid label provided in our returns portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
